Elizabeth studied at Parsons School of Design, graduating with a BFA in Fashion Design and specializing in Women’s Couture. She credits her success to the many years of experience working for some of the most respected designers in the fashion industry. At age 22, she became the Head Designer of Isaac Mizrahi Couture, where she designed the runway collections and custom couture for clients all over the world. She continued thereafter to hold senior leadership roles at Donna Karan, J.Mendel, and Adeam. After honing her skills for nearly a decade, Elizabeth launched her eponymous label in 2012, which sold globally to retailers including Bergdorf Goodman, Moda Operandi, Harvey Nichols, and Al Othman. Her designs have been featured in Vogue, Harpers Bazaar, WWD, and the cover of Vanity Fair. The brand quickly became a favorite of the red carpet, garnering the attention of celebrities including Oprah Winfrey, Mindy Kaling, Sharon Stone, Lena Dunham, Drew Barrymore, and many more.
In 2019, Elizabeth was appointed Creative Director of LBV. By leveraging her networks in retail and marketing, the brand gained immediate international recognition and press, again becoming a staple for stylists and celebrity clients including Patricia Arquette, Kourtney Kardashian, and Zendaya, among others. After evaluating the market post-pandemic in 2022, Elizabeth spearheaded the repositioning of the brand to a DTC model that prioritized quality, original design, and impeccable fit at an affordable price point.
